As we grow all the trees our selves, here on our farm just out side Aylesbury. We can begin our harvest as late in the season as possible, meaning we have some of the freshest trees in the area (if your tree came on a pallet it is unlikely to be very fresh, and may have been cut as early as late October) meanwhile we begin our harvest around a month later. Not starting to the later days of November, we also grow the trees ourselves on our 80 acer farm. This allows us to minimise the carbon impact of producing our trees, on the local Buckinghamshire and Aylesbury area.
