The Downing Street Christmas Tree

Updated: Nov 12, 2022

Yesterday we attended the annual British Christmas Tree Growers Association get together. We shared ideas, everyone is very excited to welcome back their customers and we talked about the importance of locally grown trees for the environment. Every year the association organise a competition for their members, the winner gets to supply the Christmas tree that stands outside Downing Street. We have borrowed this idea from the USA who for many years have run a similar competition to supply the White House tree. Have you started thinking about your tree yet?
