Getting Ready for Christmas on our farm

If you are driving past one of our farms at Berkhamsted or Chesham, or taking a walk nearby in the heart of the Chilterns you may have noticed some of our trees now have tags attached to the leader (top). One of the many advantages of growing all the trees that we sell is that we can grade and size the trees whilst they are still growing. This system allows us to start harvesting our trees even later, lets the crew know which trees to cut and which to leave for another year and informs our retail team where to display the tree to sell.
